Casa Antica

Great location of the house with restaurants nearby and walking distance to old city. The bathroom is terrible, shower extremely small therefore all area is blooded when taking shower. There's no space for toiletries. Room is good, for around 50$ I paid per night. Excellent air conditioning. Hotel is located in a narrow and peaceful street. However, you will be woken up by the cleaner yelling on speaker every morning. One would think that she is paid to be on her phone rather than working... Breakfast was just ok, went 1 morning, the next 2 somewhere else with better coffee.

The staff on reception were nice and pleasant but were managed by a greedy and unscrupulous owner.

I had a medical emergency and had to leave the island and go to hospital. I booked four nights, and the owner chris Bozikis refused to reimburse any of the nights. Had to calll the tourist police (+30) 22410 23329 and reverse the transaction on the credit card. Apalling greedy owner with no no respect or responsibility. Buyer beware.

Beds were not so comfy

The hotel itself is an incredibly beautiful building with high ceilings and beautiful decor. The staff are wonderful l, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. we rented a car here and it was very easy to arrange and a good price. I cannot recommend this hotel or it's sister hotel (Cassa Natura) enough. The location is lovely with a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops, all in all a wonderful place to stay.

the check-in process is not obvious, because the reception is actually in the other hotel. they might put on a simple map and phone number on the hotel door

We liked the location, dimension of the room as well as the silent, friendly and secure atmosphere. Marianna was great from check-in till the end. She guided us very well and we were so happy thanks to her advices.
