The food was of decent quality. French fries were old and stiff, bread that we ordered had sour cream on the side but it should have been "kaymak" that is a lot tastier and more expensive option.

Room! Filthy, gross, unhelthy, unworthy of a human being! The bedding linen was stained, had hair on it, thr pillow case had a huge stain as well. Walls were stained, marked and worn! There was dirt, dust and spider webs all over the room. There was even a couple of ants crawling on the floor. The toilet was a compleate mess! The toilet seat had hair on it and yellow stains. The shower was moldy and dirty and so were the tiles. The shower head was leaking and none of those things were even wiped. The toilet trash can was horrifying. None of the appliances were powered. There were dirt, wear marks and tear all over the room from the floors to the ceiling as well as every piece of furniture. When we opened the closet (that was missing a couple of handles) we found a spare pillow with a HUGE YELLOW STAIN MARK on it and an unknown male's boxer briefs!!! All of that was accompanied by an awful stench! The receptionist leaves before 11PM as well as the restaurant staff even though their work time is eleven. Because of that we were unable to pay for a water bottle despite the fact that the restaurant should have been working at the time. Our complaints fell on deaf ears as the only person who was in the whole hotel after 10:50 PM was a night guard who couldn't offer any help or assistance. If we didn't pay as soon as we arrived and got our documents back, we would have been unable to leave this horrifying place. We left a lot earlier than we planed because the room (105) was so dirty and unhealthy that we couldn't stay a minute longer and let alone sleep there! Our most sincere advice is to stay away from this place! Especially if you have a child even though this hotel offers a free baby crib you shouldn't be mislead and get much more (problems) than you bargained for.

Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker. Man hat sich wie in einem hochwertigen Restaurant gefühlt. Das Brot war selbst gebacken und das Omlett war unglaublich lecker. Endlich nicht dieses Buffet, wo es immer das gleiche gibt. Man konnte wählen und hat schnell etwas bekommen

Es waren zu viele Mücken im Zimmer.
