I travel to Athens for an annual conference. I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful new hotel—it truly felt like a breath of fresh air. From the moment I checked in, I could tell that every detail was carefully considered to enhance the guest experience. The room was modern and cozy, with lighting that’s controlled by your key card—an energy-efficient and convenient touch. I especially loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom, which was perfect for doing my makeup, and the black makeup towel was such a thoughtful addition. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight of my stay. My waitress was incredibly attentive and guided me through the menu with care. I had the best tiramisu I’ve ever tasted! They even customized a drink just for me and gifted me a few surprise treats, which made the experience feel extra special. Checkout was quick and efficient. Morning coffee from the in-house barista was also top-notch—and don’t skip the giant chocolate chip cookies; they are phenomenal! While the hotel is near the railroad tracks, they provide earplugs and a sound machine. I personally didn’t find the trains disruptive at all, especially since I didn’t spend much time in the room. Unfortunately, the rain kept me from enjoying the terrace, but I’m sure it’s a lovely spot in good weather. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

Wonderful stay!

Loved Harper at the front desk The only feedback I would give is it was fairly loud in the room. I could hear the woman above me on the phone very clearly (like word for word). Once I turned the sound machine on that was provided, it was fine.

Love the new renovations. Small 1 bdroom rooms,but upgraded room ame ities help compensate.

Great staff, beautiful room

A.Maz.Ing. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Athens. The rooms were lovely. The beds soooo comfortable. I did not want to get up. Dinner was fabulous! The food and service were top notch! Only room for improvement was the tiny breakfast nook. Some of the pastries were mislabeled and they ran out of oat and almond milk.

Great stay! Spa was just what we needed. Why not expand the restaurant menu include breakfast options, burgers.

It was a very good stay, everything was lovely and I just loss my husband so I needed that one night stay. Services was excellent from the Valet to the Front Desk, and an amazing room. I have one complaint, that train in the middle of the night till morning. Now that I know it is there, I will return with my sisters for the Spa. They want to experience the train. It is relaxing for some.

I LOVED EVERYTHING! From the trains, the ambiance, revitalization of this old Levi's & cloth factory. I will not lie it's a little creepy & unusual at first, but OMG when the sun comes up I fell in love with every single aspect of this place. The original wood & brick work alone would be Astronomical in replacing. 200+ years & still standing with the railroad track nearby? Earthquake proof! You can pick apart something to death with every single little wrong, I hate to know who you are. All that is needed is having basic humanity, understanding, respect for your fellow human beings in that they will never be Perfect beings such as God.But perhaps you are your own perfection God in your eyes. 5 star service & ambiance go somewhere else to have your perfect person waiting upon hand & foot. You want change, revitalization, & that "GREEN FOOTPRINT" in people TRYING to #BeingTheChange? be forgiving, have humility, respect, & try being a cordial/respectful individual instead of tearing every single little thing apart. Be grateful that you have a beautiful roof over your head that is 200+ yrs old & still standing. Only suggestion, have the elevator "works/cogs/old factory parts" Glassed in they are prob extremely beautiful polished up. As well as providing a fascination for people while waiting upon "The Noisy Elevators"
