No one was at reception, Only call to let me know they unlocked our room..! The room had no toilet paper, there was a dirty white sock inside the bed sheets. Bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom had no closed curtain so the outside cant see. Was just a lace curtain. Had a damp off smell. But if your looking for a place with no Bond this is where to go.

Location and the how the Villa was converted into a motel rooms which only had I think 3 rooms plus reception and completely separate from the other family rooms. So nice to sleep in Villa again with polished floor boards and high ceilings.

TBH I was a bit concerned about the security system. As I was informed about the security cameras everywhere and no staff on site the main entrance into the was only screen door so my concern was anyone could enter the villa and try gain access to the rooms. So maybe some security signage around the property. Improve security on main entrance into Villa and point of entry guys would gain trust and retention and giving your customers Peace of Mind.

The beds were so clean,and comfortable And I could have my puppy with me,

In the Family room,the carpet didn't look nice as soon as you walked in,remote doesn't hardly go on sky

We liked that it was easy to communicate with staff that weren’t there

The room didn’t smell nice when we walked in, it had funky smell. Wasn’t a very nice good impression

The unit smelt like a wet dog lived there. Quite dirty.

The location suited me. They went out of their way to provide a ground floor unit for me and my dogs.
