A very nice, cosy, spotlessly clean little studio. Safe and free street parking conveniently near. Just a very short walk from all the main sights of beautiful Modica.

Although I am not a fan of air-conditioning, this place could profit from it, or from a dehumidifier. It is probably not a problem in the summer months, but at the end of October some humidity could be sensed.

The accommodation was comfortable and very well equipped. Cosetta was exceptionally helpful and checked regularly that I had everything I needed.

There is only one small window but that was fine for a short stay.

The apartment had a friendly, cozy vibe. We loved the painted doors and all the cute little interior design details. The location is great, parking was easy in front of the building. We got some croissants and cookies. We had a great time!

Pokud chcete zažít něco jiného a krásného, než luxusně vybavené hotelové pokoje, tak toto je ono. Malebné malé ubytování, ve kterém bylo vše co v Modice potřebujete. Kousek pěší chůze od centra a restaurací, místo k zaparkování před vchodem. Milá hostitelka, která dle dohody na nás čekala u ubytování. Byly jsme velmi spokojené.

La proprietaria disponibililissima, pronta ad accogliere i suoi ospiti e venire incontro a tutte le loro esigenze. L'appartamento è molto carino, a dieci minuti dal centro e a circa 20 minuti dalla fermata dell' autobus. Sono stati offerti prodotti per la colazione e la cucina era dotata di tutto.il necessario. Letto comodo

L'appartamento è molto umido e la doccia piccolina.
