Sadly, we were not given the apartment we booked. It was smaller and with fewer beds. The proprieter was unhelpful and unapologetic. We did not stay at the apartment but were charged nonetheless. The proprieter claimed we stayed there. Booking did not provide a refund and stopped replying to my enquiries.
