It was Real Easy Excellent Host!!

The house had the perfect amount of space for our family. The pool was heated and the lanai had a nice seating area and fire pit.

It was pretty much centrally located

The ad on your site stated there were 3 bunks, 1 full and 2 twins in one of the bedrooms. It had ONE bunk bed. I actually had to buy an air mattress to accommodate one of our guests. That included buying sheets and comforter, to the tune of over $100.

Convenient to local attractions-most under 1/2 hour. Close to restaurants, groceries and in quiet neighborhood. Had nice touches like shampoo and soap available

Bugs - termites- in all the towels in the hall Closet and in 3 bedrooms to be specific that host determined to be corrected after we left. there was active bug debris in one of the windowsills. The house also needed a good dusting as there were cobwebs noticeable in the light fixtures. The second big issue we rented thinking we had the whole house but there is an apartment in what would be the garage. We had young children with us and received noise complaints for them playing ping pong at 7:30 at night. People should be aware this is not like renting the full house and this was not disclosed up front. Only found out because of another review posted the week before we were to be there. The pool is also missing tiles with holes to the backing. It felt more like camping overall.

Love the fact that this property was large enough for our whole family.

No where in the description does it mention that the garage has been converted to living quarters and were rented/used by others. We thought the picture shows the total home available when in fact the garage conversion was not available.

Overall it was pleasant. Not sure if I would book again just due to the apartment on the side. Nice location, nice pool area and sitting area off to the side. Beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean.

The water takes a long time to get hot and it runs out extremely fast considering they have a max of 14 guests at times. It’s an apartment on the side of the house that we were not notified about and someone was living there. My family didn’t feel comfortable and we had to share the driveway which became very tight at times. There was a snake in the pool that we believe came in thru the open spaces.
