ソウル駅から徒歩圏内なのがとにかく便利でした。 都心ターミナルを利用したので近いのが良かったです。 ロッテマートも歩いてすぐで、夜遅くでも買い物できました！ また、3人で利用するには十分な広さでした。 オーナーへはこのbooking .comアプリからやり取りができて、対応も早く丁寧でした。 電子レンジやオーブンもあって、買って来たものをもう一度温めて食べることもできました。

シャワーの温度調節が難しくて不便でした。 温かいお湯を出すには水圧を弱めなければならず、水圧を強くするとお湯がぬるくなって寒い、水圧を弱くすると熱くなりすぎたりと、調節が難しいのと、このカラクリ？を突き止めるのも無駄な労力だったと思います。 旅行で疲れた夜にシャワーを浴びていたので連絡する気にもならず、連絡してもすぐに直るものでもなさそうだったので、最初からどうすればお湯が出るかの案内などがあればもっと良かったです。

This place was excellent and perfect for our purposes of a convenient, well-located place in Seoul that enabled us to be self-sufficient. The location was perfect, immediately across the street from Seoul train station and the terminus of the airport train. It was also above a Starbucks and had a Lotte grocery store across the street in the station. The place had all the necessary amenities, including cooking facilities, a large fridge, a washing machine, and dishware. The staff were responsive to little issues, and provided detailed directions to the apartment in advance. Altogether ideal convenience and amenities for maximum practicality and convenience.

The loft was great for our kids who enjoyed the novelty of it. Adults might find the headroom and AC coverage insufficient.

We only stayed for one night and booked it since it was close to Seoul station. We were a group of four. If you are staying for a longer period its more suitable for 2 persons. We hade a great one night stay.
