AUAt the end of the day in life you get what you pay for, the hotel's fitout is aged but it's clean and the rooms are a good size. The staff are helpful and very courteous
The airconditioning can be updated to split cycle units instead of window mounted which are noisey

THRooms are pretty well isolated from the street noise, better than most hotels I've stayed before. Proper fridge, albeit moldy, which is unusual but highly appreciated. Lobby has umbrellas to borrow.
Dirty AC unit in the first room and moldy fridge in the second. Staff should leave the fridge door open after room is vacated. Wet baking soda inside the fridge only makes it worse!!!
THGood location, isolated from the noise of traffic and bars. Good value for money. They have umbrellas to borrow.
Water pressure in shower abysmal. AC unit was a bit dirty and caused the small room to have a foul smell. Sign in the hallway asks to be quiet but the staff is blasting the TV in the lobby all night.
PHno elevator....had to climb 3 levels of steps to get to the room....not always coffee made at 7am
