NZNZGreat location - easy walk to Kingsland restaurants and to Eden Park. Nice spacious unit, warm heatpump, comfy bed, and I'm sure the outside deck would be a great place to relax on a nice day!

There were times when parking on street was challenging
NZNice and clean, cute, and only a 7-8 minute walk to and from the bars and restaurant in Kingsland. Easy communications with the host. Tea and coffee provided. Comfortable, clean bed. Wifi. Great place for travellers who want to be close to the action, but have a nice, quiet space to crash at the end of a long day.
There were a couple of curtain-less windows that took us by surprise. Easy enough to avoid if you're aware, but make sure you wear a towel if you're walking from the bathroom to the bedroom/lounge or the neighbours might catch an eyeful. Tripped down/up the very small step a couple of times - just make sure you watch your feet.

Maybe milk , tea , sugar could be provided for arrival. Shower could do with a revamp .
