Tha apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

The owner couldn't have been more helpful. he was in constant touch with upand he even picked us up at the train station. A perfect gentleman.

The amenities are excellent. The clothes washing machine was very convenient. There is a local grocery store a few steps away. The apartment was very clean and we truly appreciated that no intense fragrances or chemicals were used. The host, Maurizio is extremely helpful with local restaurant recommendations. He was also very accessible for questions. The beds (mattresses and pillows) are very comfortable. The location of the apartment is generally quiet in the evenings. There is good heating.

There was an interim walkway/corridor between the apartment and the building entry/exit that has no fresh air, so cigarette smoke and strong odors from other apartments are trapped in the entry hallway of the building. Except for a brief few seconds of strong smell, it was quick and easy to get in and out of the apartment building.

This is a great location. Close to the heart of Tivoli. 10 minutes from train station. Few hundred meters to gardens. Close to supermarket.
