Pantheon Luxury Villas

Brand new spacious villa, extremely pleasant and comfortable. Very well appointed with high end furniture. Amazing outdoor space and fantastic pool. A real feelgood factor to this property, located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Nick, who looks after the property, was very helpful and welcoming and quick to solve some of the teething problems. He was also kind enough to wait for our delayed plane to guide us to the property at 11.30pm. Daily visit by the pool attendant, midweek cleaning service and Nick's impromptu visits to check we were ok were a nice touch. So was the welcoming pack of goodies. The villa is very close to amenities (supermarkets, beach, town and restaurants). See you again Nick! And thanks for the ice creams !

The acces road has got a couple of hairpin turns but nothing to worry about, you soon get used to it. The owner needs to make sure all equipment works (TV, washing machine) and needs to equip the kitchen a little bit better (breakfast bowls, oven dishes, a couple of extra pans) to make this the perfect place to relax.

The villas are brand new and beautifully designed. The host met us at the local supermarket and guided us to the house as it's a little hidden in the mountains which is perfect if you are looking for privacy. The house is fully equipped with everything that you might need during your stay. The 2 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and each room has access to the outside and the pool which is just stunning. We also had a stocked fridge with necessities and a bottle of local wine which was very much appreciated and elevated the experience. We will definitely come again. 10/10

This is a great place to stay in each aspect. The villas are as in the photos, if not better. At first we hesitated a bit to book this stay because of the low amount of reviews. It's just because they're starting. I mean these are brand new villas. In fact in ours (Alkistis Villa) we were the first guests. Nick Mikelatoa, the host, is very professional and accommodating. We had a late check-in and a problem with the ferry, we ended in Zakynthos instead of Kefalonia. And then because that error we ended arriving almost at 11:30 PM. He accommodated us in good and very professionally. The views from the Villas are fenomenal. A/C working good. Bedrooms are HUGE. Swimming pool is bigger than the ones we've been in, in Greece. It's always available and never off for cleaning nor anything like that during the 7 days we stayed in. All appliances you may need and more. All silver plates you may need and more. And all of high end quality. We will be back almost for sure. Thanks again Nick Mikelatos for everything, sir.

There was nothing we didn't like of these Villas.

Pantheon, Villa Artemis, luxuri with a view. We stayed in the new built "Artemis" of Pantheon Luxury Villas. The Villa it self is made of stone, with high-quality wood furniture and with the iron-wark in subtle notes it makes it so comfy! The villa is spacious, comfortable, and with the privecy it provides, my family and myself enjoyed the most relaxing holiday. Thru our living room windows we admired the large pool in front of us. So beautiful with it s lights it up at night. Relaxing around the pool with jacuzzi on our comfortable sunbeds was bliss. The villa it self is situated on a beautiful mountain peak where you can admire the beautiful views of the Ionian sea and Skala deach at your feet, with Zante in the background. Skala village is a mere 3-5 minutes away. Where you can anjoy the resort but not be in the middle of it. We recommend this villa hands down.
