Casa Tevere

El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila y con aparcamiento en la puerta gratis. Aunque el edificio es viejo, el apartamento está totalmente reformado y con todo tipo de menaje . Limpio, camas cómodas, productos de limpieza y de cocina, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, wifi, toallas limpias... Todo lo necesario. Mónica, la anfitriona, muy amable y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento.

We stayed from June 30th to July 5th and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos, and even better – it has a spacious terrace that isn't visible in the listing pictures. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly in all rooms. It's located on the third floor of a building with a functional elevator. The apartment also includes a washing machine, an espresso machine, and air conditioning in every room. Parking was convenient – you can park for free on the white-marked spots in front of the building and nearby. After 8 PM, there were usually available spaces right outside. Blue-marked spots are paid during the day (as shown on the signs), probably via app, but we didn’t use those. The large supermarket is just 150–200 meters away. Ortigia is quite close by car, and the beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche are just over 20 minutes away by car. The host was very kind and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. Everything was perfect, and the apartment fully met our expectations. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tevere. The appartment is very comfortable and clean. Monica, the host, was very welcoming. The location is perfect - both close to Ortygia and the archeological park and on a quiet street. We highly reccomend it!

There was nothing we did not like.

This place has everything ! Even elevator !! Wow !Impeccably clean , walking distance to stores, restaurants and Ortigia . Balcony faces small green area , parking is actually easy - after 8 pm is free and plenty of spaces across the building . Super comfortable beds, washer, modern furniture, everything seems new . Owner left coffee and bottle of water for us .Thank you Monica ! Hope to come back soon !

An exceptional place to visit Siracusa and the rest of Sicily! We could walk to the old town or drive around and find e free parking spot when back. The apartment was quite large for a family of three and had everything you might need. We found the most comfortable beds in our trip to Sicily. Would gladly come again!
