The apartment is perfectly located – right in the heart of Tropea, close to everything. Pasquale, the host, was truly wonderful – he welcomed us warmly, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, and even helped us book beach beds and a boat trip. His hospitality was exceptional.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing. It is poorly maintained, with a strong smell of dampness and sewage, especially in the bathroom. Also, the hot water in the shower was very limited, which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Given the great location and price, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento situato nel cuore di Tropea, e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. La posizione è davvero centralissima: a pochi passi dalla piazza principale, dai ristoranti tipici, negozi, gelaterie artigianali e, naturalmente, dalla scalinata che conduce direttamente alla spiaggia. È l’ideale per chi vuole vivere la città a piedi senza bisogno dell’auto. L'appartamento è moderno, pulito e arredato con gusto, dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce, cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice, TV a schermo piatto e persino una macchina del caffè. Ogni dettaglio sembra pensato per offrire il massimo della comodità, sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi. Il letto è molto comodo e la zona notte è silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza al centro, il che garantisce un buon riposo. Un altro punto a favore è la cura e la disponibilità dell’host, sempre gentile e pronto a fornire consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare.

Location spot on, walk straight outside your door the whole restaurant district. Literally a table beside our door.

Aircon in main bedroom didn’t work. The toilet upstairs after flushing sounded like a horn blasting loud enough to hear outside.
