Localização, facilidade ao pegar as chaves, acomodação com todos utensílios funcionando, anfitriã sempre disponível para nos ajudar.

Algumas camas fazendo muito barulho e não confortáveis, banheiros sem janelas.

Boa assistência até á chegada por parte da agencia, boa localização do apartamento, bem conservado e decorado.

Falta de produtos de higiene nas casas de banho (ou aviso de que não estavam incluídos). Alguns utensílios de cozinha precisam de substituição. Saída muito cedo do apartamento (10:00) agravado pela exigência de que a loiça tinha de ficar lavada e o lixo despejado)

The pillows could be better. Quite a lot of road noise during the day but quiet at night.
