Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und das Bett gemütlich, in ca 15-20 min ist man zu Fuß in der netten Altstadt.

Leider war das Bad bzw. die Dusche nicht so sauber, wie nach den anderen Bewertungen erwartet (Schimmelflecken)

Clean and good apartment! Everything is comfortable: bed, towels, we have welcome drinks and water available in the fridge. Shower was working well, everything clean and in good . I really was the "washing mashing and Iron" kind a girl, and I was happy to have this! Location is around 20 min walk to the historical centre Ortigia. Pets friendly

A bit loud air conditioner, we switched it off during night.

The appartment was in quiet street, and there was allways a free spot for our car. At the same time it was only a 15 minutes walk from Ortigia and 5 minutes to a small beach. Everything in the appartment worked just fine, and the staff and neighbours were all very friendly and ready to help. I recommend the place warmly. 😊

Struttura pulita, comoda e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Personale molto gentile disponibile a tutte le richieste. La posizione dell’appartamento è perfetta per raggiungere il centro, il mare e c’è un piccolo Market ben fornito nelle vicinanze.

Me gustó todo , tenía todas las comodidades , para lavar la ropa , tendedero de ropa , un balcón muy lindo , aire acondicionado en sala y habitación , estaba súper limpio , toallas y sábanas top , limpias y suaves algo que aprecio muchísimo !!! La cama era muy cómoda ! La habitación es espaciosa y está decorada muy linda ! , el baño estaba muy limpio , tienes donde poner tu neceser , secador de cabello y lo mejor que me ayudó mucho es que tienen plancha de ropa ! , todo lo necesario en la Cocina , tienen hasta sombrilla disponibile para la playa , un sofà donde sentarte a ver la tele y descansar . Está ubicado en un lugar tranquilo puedes dejar el coche parqueado afuera e ir a pie a la ciudad porque está muy cerquita y disfrutar el paseo, te dejan sobre la mesa recomendaciones de playas , restaurantes y actividades algo que nos ayudó mucho , para los amantes de café apenas despiertas , hay café y galletitas de bienvenida . Realmente se está muy bien en este lugar . Me encantó , La Host se mostró siempre disponible y amable , el ingreso es muy fácil . Realmente aprecié mucho Lo impecable que estaba todo muy limpio !

No hubo nada que no nos gustara realmente es una pequeña joya , te sientes en casa apenas entras .

I was amazed how large and spacious this apartment was! To be honest that was a nice surprise! The host was very nice, we did not meet but she was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed we much the front balcony, drinking coffee and tea as it has chairs and a table. Very nice location comparing to city center, you are quite close to the city center but in a more quite area, outside of touristic buzz. The apartment is well equipped with everything that you need with a very comfy bed. I recommend this place from my heart!

It was a very light smell in the bathroom from the canalization. But that wasn't really a big thing as you keep the bathroom door closed. and the sorting of the garbage was not so easy. I am also recycling at home but I don't have different days to get the garbage out for different kind of garbage.
