Clara Terra

Very nice flat on a hillside with nice sunset view. Due to a wall on one side, it was actually possible to sit outside for a bit in the evening. In many other places it is to windy to stay outside at all. Two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. I was there in low season and the price was more than ok - i do not know about high season. Foteini is very nice and can give you good recimmendations on what to do around the island.

Not necessarily negative but be aware that you need a car to get there.

The view was STUNNING, this is a perfect spot to watch sunset. The house is very clean. We have everything we need, we even had a kit to go to the beach. Everything in the house was made in Greece, from bathroom to kitchen stuffs. I see that the owner really puts her heart and soul into this. And the owner and her husband are super nice, she made sure we feel comfortable and recommend us a lot of good places to eat. Not to mention, there are a lot of cute cats walking around 🐈🐈‍⬛ We really enjoyed our stay, it was definitely the most perfect place we stay during our Europe trip. If we have a chance to come back to Milos, we will book this again 100%! <3

Nothing, it was perfect!

We loved everything about the property!! Can not recommend it highly enough. We travelled to Italy and Croatia on this trip but the best accomodation by far was Clara Terra. It has the most incredible view and outdoor area to enjoy the sunset. The outdoor area is very spacious!!! Inside is extremely clean and has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, those extra touches you don’t expect but really appreciate while travelling. There is a dining area both inside and outside. The location is also fantastic, near some of the best beaches and a short drive into the towns. We had a car which we would recommend for getting around. The host was amazing, the property in itself was more than enough but the host is so lovely and kind. Words can’t describe the time we had in Milos and a huge part was this accomodation. More of an experience than just an accomodation. Don’t hesitate to stay here you’ll love it!

Wonderful! Everything has been excellent since you arrived, and you will be greeted warmly by the hosts. Foteini was extremely kind, giving us recommendations on places to eat like a local with excellent cuisine and views, as well as what we should not miss while we were there. The house was spotlessly clean and attentive in every detail. The view is breathtaking, with the beautiful sunset right in front of you. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Milos. I loved the hospitality from the owner, she was very kind and available to answer all my questions. Other than that, I truly enjoyed the house, it was very welcoming and clean. I could say that it is prettier than in the photos and my favourite place was the terrace with an incredible view. I enjoyed everything. I'd love to come back.

wish we could have stayed longer

A beautiful, well designed and newly built house. It is in a quiet area, plus the bedrooms are separated from each other and well isolated, with comfy beds - so perfect for a proper peaceful rest. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The terrace is spacious, and excellent for having outdoor meals or enjoying your morning coffee or the famous cycladic sunsets with beautiful views of Milos. Foteini is a very friendly and helpful host. You also have umbrellas and beach towels at your disposal, which I haven't seen in any similar accommodations in Greece. All in all - it's one of those accommodations you will come to love and it is an experience in itself, besides natural the beauties of the island.

Perhaps a washing machine would have been handy. Nothing else to complain about, really.

Fotini is an exceptional hostess! Her attentions and information about events make for a great stay! The house is very well located, comfortable and tastefully decorated.
