I liked everything! There is a saying in chinese 名不虚传 that means “a well deserved reputation” - this is the case. Everything, that was described in comments-all applicable: location is awesome and very close to the main attractions; it is a stylish one bedroom flat staffed drinking water/coffee tea, quiet(well, as long as some people don’t stroll under the window), large and comfy. Hosts are all help and I had no problems with check in / check outs or other questions.

Might be noisy if someone is strolling under the window (but it’s life)). In other cases-all is quiet. And the water in a tube is not that hot (I like it very hot)). But I guess it would be fixed if I have asked for that.
