AEROPORTO KATANÈ ROOMS

Közel volt a reptérhez. Ez esti vagy késő esti érkezésnél nagyon jó, mert kb. 800 m-t kellet csak gyalogolni; nem kell taxizni és van idő esetleg másnap azon gondolkodni, hogy hogyan béreljen az ember autót. A szállásadó tud angolul, ez előnyös volt. A problémákra viszonylag gyorsan reagált és igyekezett megoldani! Szinte a szállás mellett egy kisbolt volt, szemben vele pedig a Simpson's pizzéria, a sarkon pedig a Paris Café péksüteményekkel és finomságokkal! Este utaztunk el és a házigazda megengedte, hogy a konyhában lepakoljunk, sőt később egy másik szobát is a rendelkezésünkre bocsátott, hogy oda elzárhatjuk a csomagjainkat!

Pont a reptér közelsége miatt számolni lehet a felszálló gépeket. Elég zajos. Nekünk, akik több napig voltunk ott, jó lett volna esetleg egy mikrohullámú sütő. Szerintem az 1 vagy 1-2 éjszakás vendégek is örülnének neki. 2 napon keresztül elutazásunkig volt valami probléma a wc körül, mert állandóan vizesedett és folyott ki valahonnan a víz. Ez azért zavaró volt és amikor elutaztunk, még nem sikerült megoldani azt!

La chambre était propre, proche de l aéroport de Catane, a 10 mn à pied. Des commerces et restaurant à proximité.

Il n y avait pas de café dans la cuisine commune. Beaucoup de bruit du a la circulation. Pas évident de se frayer un chemin pour les piétons.

v první řadě komunikace s pronajímatelem, navigace atd.., velká společná terasa a kuchyň, čisto a voňavo. Pokoj Barocco otočný na jih, přímo vstup na velkou terasu 👌.

Nefunkční WC prkno v pokoji De Luxe, nešlo vymontovat ani opravit, pronajímatel naštěstí nabídl pokoj Barocco, kde prkno drželo, jen nesedělo na míse 🙏a strop vypadal v jednom rohu děsivě asi po vytopeni a měl nefunkční okno na socialce = problém večer kvůli komárům a muškam..chybí opravář..

Absolutely excellent value for money. This place has everything you could need for a short stay before an early morning flight: a modern and spotless room, a comfortable bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and AC. There is also a shared lounge with a fridge, kettle, and a lovely terrace. The host was fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout, and they offered the earliest check-in time I have ever seen. They were even kind enough to let us check in a little before the official time, which we really appreciated. The location is extremely convenient for the airport, just a short 10–15 minute walk away. As for some of the negative reviews mentioning the lack of a sidewalk, I honestly don't think this is a fair criticism of the accommodation itself. The property should not lose points for local infrastructure, and there actually are alternative pedestrian routes available.

The room we stayed in faced the street, so there was some traffic noise, and because there is a shared common area, you may occasionally hear inconsiderate guests talking loudly or slamming doors. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had an excellent stay and would happily book again. Highly recommended, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient airport stay.

L'appartamento è circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'aereoporto, perfetto per chi atterra la sera tardi. La stanza presenta tutti i comfort per una notte: aria condizionata, letto e doccia Il soggiorno è perfetto per chi atterra di sera

Il letto è un pochino duro e si muove spesso, ma non è un grosso problema

Posizione comodissima rispetto all'aeroporto. Struttura pulita, personale gentilissimo, possibilità di fare il check in a notte fonda secondo l'orario di atterraggio dell'aereo.

Un po' rumorose le stanze che affacciano sulla strada. Per me chi come me ha il sonno leggerissimo può essere un problema. In questi casi io risolvo coi tappi per le orecchie che mi porto sempre dietro in viaggio, infatti ho dormito benissimo

La stanza non sembrava ancora terminata (fresca di ristrutturazione), il bidet ha allagato il bagno durante la notte. Nonostante l'arrivo alle 18 come programmato la stanza non era ancora pronta perché mancavano le federe ai cuscini e il sapone nel bagno, inoltre ci è stato fornito un solo asciugamano per la doccia nonostante fossimo due e non era presente un asciugamano per le mani

The closeness to the airport.

The toilet seat was broken, I had try to repair it myself so my wife could use it. The vanity cabinet in the bathroom leaks into the bottom drawer. There were wet towels in the drawer which smelled. Must be repaired. The were riped curtains in the bed room areas. The instructions to enter the premises were not provided in the email. I had to contact the owner/ manger a few times. Lastly, the property was advertised with parking, this is stretching the truth, parking was at your own risk on the street. The street was narrow and a high traffic area. This made it very hard to unload and reload suitcases into your vehicle.
