DEBesonders zu erwähnen ist die äußerst liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Margaret. Wir haben jeden Tag etwas Backwerk von Ihr bekommen und dazu viele Tipps und Hinweise über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. Das zusammen mit einem weiteren Zimmer "im Garten" stehende Gebäude ist ziemlich neu und zeitgemäß eingerichtet - nur das Bad hätte etwas größer sein können.
Das einzige, was uns hierzu einfällt, ist der fehlende Tisch (Platz genug wäre im Zimmer vorhanden). Ohne Tisch - ggf. als Klapptisch, um der Ausziehcouch nicht im Wege zu stehen - ist es etwas schwierig, zusammen zu frühstücken. da man die Sachen nirgendwo abstellen kann. Vielleicht könnte man auch noch einige Haken oder Racks im Bad für Handtücher etc. anbringen - daran mangelt es fast immer in Gästeunterkünften.
GBA chance of privacy and independence after the standard but enjoyable B & Bs. New clean, well appointed cabin with kitchen area including microwave. Our host Margaret surprised us with scones and apple pie. Only five minutes from Gort and an hour from Loops Head. Nice to see calves running around in the adjacent field. Would certainly recommend as it is a bit different.

GBThe location was an excellent base for exploring the area as well as being quiet & peaceful. Margaret was a lovely host. We were greeted each evening by tasty scones, cake & pie etc. We had young calves as neighbours.
There was nothing to dislike.

IEThe stay was lovely and Margaret was a wonderful host. She brought us fresh scones with jam, for breakfast there was bread, butter and milk with coffee. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and in a good location. Definitely recommend ☺️
