Our stay was really nice from the beginning till the end. We were lucky and we got upgraded to a sea view room, and the view was absolutely amazing. The room was really clean and had everything we needed. They were also offering daily cleaning and were really helpful with everything. Definitely recommended!

The only negative thing is that our neighbours were smoking and the smell of smoke was really intense both in the balcony and inside our room. Just a bit of bad luck but not a fault of the property of course.

it was very clean ,amazing view ,the kitchen had everything you need for cooking,even though the hotel didn't offer breakfast,there was provided coffee,sugar,milk,jam and crackers.Value for money 👍

Wonderful place with amazing nature! Location of the guesthouse is very good with amazing sea and mountain view. Irida Maria is great host and very nice and supportive person. She gave me free upgrade of the room with stunning sea view and her son in law Viron helped me a lot to find safe way to Volos through Tsagkarada, Neochori, Afetes and Agria by motorbike. It's worth visiting and staying longer than I did.

There is nothing I didn't like about the place, the house or the host. Getting there was challenging for me traveling by motorbike because thanks to Garmin I took the route from Volos through Makrinitsa, Portaria and Chania to Agios Ioannis and there is no route, it has collapsed before Makrinitsa in September 2023 due to heavy rain. It was in the evening, dark and with motorbike you can't stop anywhere and turn back especially there. Those who have travelled the road when it existed will understand me. At least it wasn't raining. I feel lucky writing this review.

Wonderful. The proprietor offered me a room with a small balcony and sea view. It was superb.
