I really appreciated that the accommodation was close to the train station, which was perfect for traveling to other cities by train!

The accommodation was rather dirty and dusty, and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. There was also a lot of noise from the street, which made it hard to sleep, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper.

The apartment's location is close to Bergamo's train station and within walking distance of downtown and the upper city. The check-in with "Vikey" was easy and quick.

The bed consists of two mattresses that tend to move during the night, creating a trench in the middle. There is also nothing stopping the mattresses from sliding down. The cutlery was far from clean, and the condition was not suited for actual cooking. The fridge seems dilapidated, and 70% of the ice department was covered in ice, so it was nigh unusable. The apartment also charges 50€ if the cutlery isn't cleaned after using, but nothing was actually clean upon arrival. And despite the cleaning fee calculated into the price, we found cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. For our six day stay, there were one and a half rolls of toilet paper for two people, which was just barely sufficient.

Very nice property, looks good and modern, had seating area as well as the two beds and a desk and a proper bathroom

Had ants in the bathroom but I guess can’t really do much about that

I really like the apartment, it was same as the picture. It was great. The location and everything was fine

The bed was horrible.. It was extremely uncomfortable.
