Close to train station and very clean

Not as advertised (false advertising). Arrived to no air-conditioning despite being advertised with aircon as a feature. I booked aircon specifically due to the above 36degree summer heat. Arrived to 2 fans in the room. The room was extremely hot despite the fans. I addressed this with the manager who said it was a 'mistake' and partial refund not possible. This is yet to be changed on the website. The room was also not ready at the 2pm checkin time and still being cleaned. I addressed this with the manager/supervisor and was told I was "not credible". They were extremely unprofessional and accused me of lying. It was a weird experience to provide information and feedback regarding issues and be told I was lying. Additionally the room is extremely loud due to street noise, trains passing and Construction starting at 0600 on the building. Only 1 x fork in the apartment for the 2 guests.

"Great place to stay but too hot in summer with air conditioning issues"

Easy system of ringing a number for the front door to open on arrival. Nice apartment to stay in with a great shower.

This place is not air conditioned. It has circulation throughout the whole building that cannot be controlled and only 2 poor fans to move air around.

The apartment was cosy, nice staff and the location was good. The railway station was close, so it was easy to travel other cities.

Railway was just next to the apartment, so it was a bit noisy place.
