"It was livable but not comfortable."

Bathroom was large

No elevator No coffee pot Floor was sticky No soap if any kind 2 towels only Sheets had marker stains Door was high so under was a large space for light and all the hallway noise. No hot water

Nothing

The lack of professionalism exhibited by Mr and Mrs Patel. I made arrangements through Booking.com and had proof of payment with confirmation number. They insisted that they could not find my reservation. Booking.com called them directly to inform them that my reservation was confirmed 7 days prior to my arrival. They insisted that they could not find it. Booking.com sent an email, they stated that they didn't have access to email. I would never stay or recommend it to anyone.

"It was very clean inside and out. The lights outside doing the night lit the place up."

It seems like it was going through renovations and the property looked really good.

The water in the shower didn’t get hot but the shower head was really big.
