Although 24hr check-in was mentioned in the receipt, hotel asked me to pay 700 extra for early check-in.

Dear Sir / Madam, Thanks for asking me this Questions, as i am not somebody who will harm any person or his / her Business, but i have experienced the stay in a very Bad way or you can say bad stay, they were telling that in this rate you will get this property only, i have been like you say a movie buff, same you can say i a roaming buff, i like to go to different places, and also take frequent break and go for a Holiday, all these years i have always booked Hotel from Online and also lot of time grabbed the Discounted rates and booked the Hotel, but never ever got this type of rooms, apart from Bed, all was dirty, Unhygeined, we both husband wife are very very Short Tempered and we have rejected one Hotel due to thier small room which was very Suffocated rather than Hotel was very good, i mean u can say that was a Hotel compare to Hotel Tulsi, it was not a Lodge, not that u can say Dormetry Hotel, it was not a Hotel At all, you can go and check thier Rooms at Second Floor, a small room with Dirty Main Door (Old Door), same of Bathroom Door, Dirty Colour Paint, old Furniture, Cleaning was not done, and small cockroaches were roaming, due to one Hotel Change my wife wanted to fix the Stay Urgently due to were a loss of time, as we needed to go to Our Lord Durga Temple at Baroda which was 60Km away and it was already 12pm now, so we ignored everything and also thought to stay only for Overnight so let it be, but when we came back in the evening, and had a look at our Hotel room, it was like a Slum area room, with no Neatness and a High Level Rude Staffs and Managers, one of the Staff when asked for the Water, they sent a open bottle of Bisleri to my wife, in a hurry my wife opened the Bottle and drank a water and than found this bottle was opened and not a pack bottle, when complaint to manager one on one in front of him, instead he supported the staff saying its a RO water, but we ask for the Water than they should send Bisleri only, No space now to write...

I didn't liked a Full Hotel at all, if this is Hotel, than what is a Lodge compare to this, i have seen a Lodge of High Standard than this, this was a slum area Cheap Hotel, next to this Hotel, there were all Couple Freindly Hotel, thank God this Hotel staffs were checking a proper ID, which made us relaxed that we are not in that Cheap Hotel and were safe, i think a Family is handling this Hotel work, i saw a Girl who was working here, and was very good with the Customer, i appreciate only that Girl, remaining all were if in my company i would have sacked them all, also while check out we asked the Owner to help us to keep our Bag in Clock room, as we need to go to one of the Temple and will be back as per our Train time, and the Owner was very Generous and asked us to keep the bag there, but while leaving from hotel taking our bags, the one of the Staff also commented something and i am sure, he made some stupid comments by insulting us, really really bad experience, one should never book a Hotel in Hurry and especially not from your Site, as you are keeping this kind of Hotel and entertaining wrongly to a family oriented customer. i was thinking to complaint, and in a meanwhile you yourself came to me to provide an inputs about this Hotel, i have seen many old flats and old furniture, but not as bad as this Hotel Furniture, there was no Night lamp bulb aslo, i can give 100 inputs of this Hotel, it as way bad, in comod while flushing a yellow water was coming, we had a Brush and done a Gaggle from Wash Basin Tab, i hope by today End of the day, i dont get sick. thank Booking .
