When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €5.00 per pet, per night applies. Please note that the Heating is not included int he rental price, it will be charged on consumption €2.00 per cubic meter. Parties are allowed (e.g. birthday parties), as long as they are respectful towards the neighbourhood (e.g. no loud music/noises until late in the night).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Sep 27, 2026 until Fri, Apr 30, 2027 Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
