We was going to a gig at the O2 and couldn’t have been a better location if we tried.

Drain in sink didn’t empty. Shower screen broken and floor flooded. Windows would open only small amount. Fire alarm went off twice at midnight and later. Nightclub and drunks across the road. No mention in the original booking. Did not feel safe. Walls dirty. Only one towel each for 3 night stay. Steep stairs. Difficult for luggage. Owner not helpful and said just call the fire brigade if happens again. He didn’t stay on premises. Dirty walls and edges. Bathroom smelt. Last time I believe booking .com

The bed was big

No windows, dirty, marks all over the walls, boiling hot with a fan that was full of dust and did not work very well. There was a picture of a window with a projector screen as a pretend blind. Half a bottle of lemonade left in the fridge from the previous victims. Overall awful overpriced stay, do NOT book.

everything including check-in process was smooth. Staff was very kind and super helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, modern and has all required facilities I would need for a short stay. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was really perfect for what we needed! We booked this space because we required late check in and everything was organised and ready for our late arrival, but all around it turned out to be the perfect spot! They even let us store our luggage for the day for free. Great location close enough to the centre.
