Staff doesn’t speak serbian, not enough water pressure in the penthouse apartment, no one cleaned our room during our stay, sketchy lift from the 60’s, no heating in the bathroom

Tolle Lage und auch die Ausstattung

Kein Kaffe in Zimmern und 2 Kapseln und auch die Loft war nicht sauber, müsste nachgereinigt werden. Wasser druck war eine Katastrophe.

Appartment 101 war sehr geräumig und hatte einen schönen Blick auf Straße und Platz. Rezeption und Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist perfekt um die Altstadt zu erlaufen. Dank kostenlosem ÖPNV ist man innerhalb von 20 min auch am Sava Centar, was für uns als Tagungsteilnehmer sehr wichtig war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie für jeden Geldbeutel sind fußläufig zu erreichen, insofern ein hervorragender Aufenthalt

Einiges Manko war das Frühstück, einerseits konnte man es erst ab 9 Uhr zu sich nehmen, die Auswahl, Qualität und der Service im Partnercafe hat uns nicht zugesagt und ist nicht zu empfehlen.

La situation au centre ville. Réceptionniste aimable et à l’écoute Appartement assez grand et bien aménagé. Meubles neufs et design modern

Le systèmes de récupération des clés dans un petit boitier, difficile à comprendre comment ça fonctionne pour la 1ere fois. Il faut donner aux clients un mode d’emplois plus précis avec photos. L’établissement n’a pas d’ascenseur.
