The staff is exeptional in every way. Whatever you need help with they will do their best indeed. Owner is a knowledgable person to talk to from suggestions on another journey trip to travel on public transport to science nature cultural matters far to politics. Anything you want to discuss do not hesitate to ask. Very kind people too. Nowadays it's rear to meet such a people. Highly recommended to other travelers. 👌

"Scammed hotel"

The hotel does not exist for the past one year but still available for booking.

Owner scammed guest to purchace safari ticket to get the 'room price' and at a dif hotel (green heaven) 4km from the original location. Greenwood hotel does not exist. He claimed it under renovation/repair but there's nothing at the location. Just a big signage. No building at all. When you give bad review, owner threatened you. He claimed he is police officer.

Outstanding service, the best we have enjoyed in Sri Lanka, the whole family were so kind and helpful. Dulin deserves a special mention as he went over and above what anyone could expect, truly exceptional. Great safari tour, great food and very fair prices. Cannot recommend highly enough, wish we could have stayed longer! And a warm shower finally!
