Couldn’t check in because somehow they couldn’t find my name. The staff doesn’t speak the local language, wouldn’t let me use the phone.
Après une recherche fastidieuse de l hôtel il y avait personnes à l accueil pour nous recevoir je suis à un autre hôtel je vous demande de me rembourser car vous êtes intégralement responsable de cette nesaventure et aujourd’hui je ne vous recommande rais pas à mes amis....
