Clean and recently renovated rooms, easy to access

Very nice and comfortable room. Quiet area. Easy to get to by car. Car park next to the place. Clean and warm. Warm water. Everything went perfect.

There was a kitchenette, but there was no coffee machine and no coffee or tea. The pillows were very hard and high.

Easy check in and location close to Modena city. Everything was clean and the owner responded in a fast & friendly way.

in the neighborhood there is a market. I don’t know much more about, because I’ve needed just fir a night with my brother to overnight near Modena. It’s new renovated, with good Internet and smart Tv if it is important to somebody. The guys are kind and helpful. The guy who called me speaks English. In Italy it’s not a common thing.

Great location in a very quiet zone. Easy access to nearby places. A very nice restaurant just 2 minutes from the apartment. Pleasant stay, comfy bed, clean space with a nice parking that is viewed from cameras at all times.

Villa Viani is what I’d consider between an airbnb and a hotel. It doesn’t have a reception but the owner came to welcome me in and it was an easy check in, and easy check out. Villa Viani is a big house on 3 floors, with en-suit rooms, and there is a shared kitchenette on the first floor. The room where I stayed (room Armonia) was very beautiful, clean and well decorated. It had a tv with Netflix and tv channels. The owner was quick to respond and available to contact on whatsapp if needed. The location was great, in Soliera, about 5/6min walk from Soliera city centre. The owner of the building also owns a car rental so that was really helpful since you need a car to get to the bigger towns.

Nothing bad to say about the property or my stay. I just I wished the shared kitchen had a stove and hobs. There is a microwave, a kettle, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses.
