Incredible location, probably the best we've ever stayed at in Cape Town.

We were a bit surprised when we woke up the first morning to no tea/coffee facilities - just a heads up for future visitors! This is something we automatically expect, we didn't even think to check whether this was included.

Reception and better communication for arrival arrangements. Patio door keys was missing and had to call hosts to provide keys. Had to call for toilet paper in the room which was provided 1 day later. Did not know from pre-info that no bedding changes for 5 days and had to request fresh towels after 3rd day.
