Our recent stay at this newly built apartment was unfortunately disappointing due to several issues that greatly affected our stay.
Despite booking in advance and asking the property manager for details of our check in, we only received the necessary details a few hours before arriving. 
Upon entering the apartment, there was an unpleasant foul smell as though garbage had recently been removed but the smell lingered for several days. The beds were equipped with only a very light top sheet, which was inadequate for the cool, windy weather. The property manager said he would bring a duvet/blanket the same day. As a result we waited for him to come and never showed up. 
The Wi-Fi was frequently unavailable at least 50% of the time and although we reported this issue to the property manager several times, it remained unresolved. The apartment's walls were extremely thin, making it difficult to enjoy any privacy. While the apartment had a TV, it was located in the bedroom that only had a bed forcing us to watch from the bed. The elevator was out of service. More concerning, there was no water one night, leaving us without access to the toilet or shower. 
We also accidentally broke a glass vase on the balcony table and as a result we left an additional 25 euros as good faith for a replacement. 
The location of the property is quite isolated. A car is essential for accessing any basic services such as groceries or gas stations. After reporting these various issues, the property manager assured us that the owner would provide a discount to compensate for all the inconveniences. However, the compensation given (25 euros via PayPal) was minimal and did not reflect the severity of the problems we encountered. Furthermore, the owner requested that we delete our booking from Booking.com in exchange for this discount, which raised concerns about transparency, honesty and professionalism.

Excellent apartments! There was a lot of light and air in the apartments. The air conditioner worked perfectly. We used a stove, a coffee machine and a washing machine, and there was a working powerful hair dryer in the bathroom
