Our stay at Casa Daviri was truly wonderful from start to finish. We along with our pet dog were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the thoughtful touches immediately stood out — especially the well-stocked kitchen with food supplies prepared for guests, which made settling in so easy and comfortable. The property itself is impeccably clean, with substantial amenities that make it feel like a home rather than just a rental. Every detail has clearly been considered to ensure guests have everything they need. The location is another highlight — quiet, and safe, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind. The garden is absolutely beautiful, with a charming orange tree that adds to the peaceful atmosphere and authentic Italian feel. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Despite the tranquil setting, the house is conveniently located just a short 15-minute drive from shopping malls, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it easy to access everything you might need. Overall, Casa Daviri offers the perfect balance of comfort, charm, and convenience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nothing to not love

Small, well equipped house with privacy situated in a nice shaded garden close to the city of Modica. Very tranquil. Nice host with easy communication. Good venture spot for exploring the south of the island. Not far of the sea. When coming in spring as I did the house can be heated by airconditioning.

No real down sides. The photo's will give a good impression, so no surprises.

Communicatie met Paola was heel prettig, zij reageerde snel. Bij aankomst een leuke welkombericht in het Nederlands en een doos met lokale lekkernijen. Het is zeer rustig gelegen. Het huis zelf is mooi opgeknapt, van alle gemakken voorzien en met veel smak ingericht. Ook heel schoon. Goede uitvalbasis om Modica/Ragusa te bezoeken.

We vonden de metalen stoelen en het bankje in de keuken wat minder comfortabel.....

Gorgeous rustic location; very comfortable, quiet, charming. Would recommend.

Een zeer rustig gelegen prachtig huis met tuin. De self check-in verliep zeer vlot dankzij Paola. Er stond ons een welkomstmand te wachten in het zeer nette en heerlijk geurende huis 😍. Alles, maar dan echt ook alles, was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Winkels en plaatsen om te bezoeken (Modica, Ragusa, ...) zijn vlot bereikbaar. Een plaats om zeker nog terug naartoe te komen!

It was a rustic, very well kept property. Very Private and convenient. Petrol station and cash and carry less than a Km away.

- Spotlessly clean - Welcome basket with local products - Lovely garden with trees, sun beds and outdoor shower - Very well equipped and complete - Good beds - Mosquito screens everywhere (not needed by the way) - Everything was new and well maintained - Good water pressure

If we have to mention something, the shower cabin was on the narrow side, but this didn't bother us.

Beautiful country house, ideally located to visit the region if you are by car. Also very nice if you come with small kinds since there is a mini playground in the garden. We got an amazing welcome pack from our hosts :-)
