I like how it was just right in front of the Ferry and above Restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately, my skirt got bleached by Clorox after I left it on the table under the sink. I understand that cleaning sprays were used to disinfect, but the area wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

Struttura molto spaziosa e pulita. I prezzi sono molto convenienti e stanno effettuando soggiorni completamente gratis per i 0 - 17 anni. È stato una scoperta fantastica perché ritorneremo con i nostri figli. Posizione ottima e tutto a portata di mano. L' host estremamente empatico e disponibile. Tutto bello. Soggiorno impeccabile!

È una struttura che non gli manca nulla. Pulita , nuova e piena di confort! Nulla da criticare.

Capri is a beautiful island and should be in the itinerary of any visitor who is fond Italy. The property is located in very close proximity to the port which makes visiting other places in the vicinity easier. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The property has two bedrooms; the larger one has a nice balcony overlooking the port, with two double beds and the bedroom in the back room has another double bed but with no window. The bathroom is nice and clean. The air conditioning in the front room works well. Although the property overlooks the port, it was quiet at night.

As advertised, the property has no kitchen so there are no utensils at all and requires guests to go outside even for a cup of coffee. There are no glasses to drink from at night, so I recommend visitors to bring some before coming. The pillows are quite thick, so some guests may wish to bring their own pillows. The beds are large but unfortunately not very comfortable. The sheets were of very poor quality. Right after we arrived at the property, we were informed that the sliding bathroom door was broken and had to be lifted by hand to make it slide, which posed difficulty at night because sliding the door made noise. This was particularly disappointing since we read later from a previous review highlighting this same problem. There is a refrigerator in the back room but it was not working when we arrived and it did not make sense operating since we stayed only for one night.

Location was excellent near port, beach , restaurants and taxis, it is easy accessible from the street with only one flight of steps to the 1st floor it was clean and neat

There are not a single glass or mug to drink water from , NO kettle to make coffee, it’s located right across the harbour and it is very noisy , doors to balcony had to be closed in the night , lucky it had double glazing to damp the noice ! When I asked the owner about the kettle or coffee station he said we did not book Breakfast and made me off as stupid ! Linen was old but clean !

QUESTA STRUTTURA È ADATTA PER CHI NON VUOLE SPENDERE SOLDI E TEMPO MA GODERSI VELOCEMENTE SFRUTTANDO AL MASSIMO IL TEMPO PER VISITARE L'ISOLA. NON È ESSENZIALE AVERE LA COLAZIONE O LA CUCINA PERCHÉ QUESTA STRUTTURA PRATICA VELOCE E SPORTIVA NON TI DA IL TEMPO DI SOSTARE INUTILMENTE A CASA E POI SOTTO AL PALAZZO HAI MILLE SOLUZIONI PER MANGIARE A QUALSIASI PREZZO. QUINDI QUESTO POSTO È VERAMENTE FANTASTICO PER UNA COPPIA , UN GRUPPO DI AMICI E SOPRATTUTTO PER UNA FAMIGLIA CHE VERAMENTE VUOLE VIVERE UNA VACANZA IN PIENO RELAX SPENDENDO POCO! ESPERIENZA DA FARE! HO PRENOTATO QUESTA STRUTTURA PER FARE UN REGALO ALLE MIE AMICHE E SONO STATA CONTENTA PERCHÉ SONO RIMASTE FELICISSIME.
