The staff were honestly the standout. Super friendly, very on it, and just made everything feel easy from the moment I arrived. Didn’t feel forced at all, genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was also a win. Properly done, good quality, and you can tell they actually care about the experience, not just ticking a box. Overall, it just felt comfortable. They go out of their way without making a big deal about it, which makes a difference. You feel looked after without it being over the top.
