Stayed for 1 night on my own. Staff were very freindly, Hotels was bright and clean. Facilities for a small hotel were excellent and garden/pool area was lovely. Wish I had more time to 'hang out' there. Would certainly recommend.

I would have liked a blind for my bathroom window.

The place is beautiful and comfortable, and we felt very safe during our 6-night stay. However, what made it really special was the staff. Everyone is very warm and welcoming, shout-out to Saidy for being a great host. We really recommend this place

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im The Lab Blue in Franschhoek. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und komfortabel, die Lage ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Poolbereich mit bequemen Liegen lädt wunderbar zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal – vor allem Saiid, der unglaublich aufmerksam war und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

A bit noisy when guests arrive back late in the evening.

The welcome by Sadie was first class. He even made us the most delicious cafe Latte to fuel us for the wedding we were attending. Loved the automatic pin pad for security making access easy. Breakfast was delicious but the coffee was BEST ! Staff were amazing !

could hear through doors/walls

From the beginning LabBlue was welcoming and friendly and a lovely place to stay. The addition of a pool during the hot Franschhoek summer days was a big bonus. The beds were comfy. I enjoyed all the new tech, with swiping and codes for doors, motion sensor light in bathroom, etc. The breakfast looked amazing however I wasn't able to partake due to other plans.

Only thing would be the dog barking and the fact that you could hear other people entering their codes for room access.

Nothing to dislike. 10 out of 10
