Very clean, well organized, highly recommended

Overall it was a good place to stay - very welcoming. Owners had made an effort to put bottled water in the fridge, sweets on the table for the children, lots of towels, and nice atmosphere. Owners really flexible, and friendly following delays at border. Good facilities including internet, air conditioning, TVs in each room, comfortable beds, tables, and sofas. A wonderful outside space, safe for children. Electrical garage was beneficial for safety, and keeping the car cool. Used the hobs which worked well, nice to have some cooking basics such as oil/salt&pepper. Some cleaning products were provided which was helpful too. The location was a big plus, really close to the local market that had lots of lovely fruit/veg, and local produce. Bakery was brilliant, and about a 5minute walk. Loved the town, ice cream parlour - it was cheap and delicious! The river Tisa, and the tourist area was our favourite destination, our children loved the river, the pool, slide, volleyball area, sun lounges etc Local restaurants were good, and people super friendly. The local money exchange shop gave our boys sweets, and we loved how child friendly, welcoming and helpful everyone was in the local area. We will definitely like to return.

Would benefit from: blackout blinds / curtains in bedrooms, blinds on all the windows in the lounge, fully functional windows, dishwasher, usable washing machine, and hoover. A few item’s would benefit from being tightened up such as: kitchen cupboards/cabinets, bedroom wardrobes, bathroom unit being fully attached to the wall, and toilet seat being tightened. The cleaning would benefit from being more detailed. I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen when we arrived, along with dust in wardrobes before we could put our clothes in, and kitchen cupboards before we put food in. A few clear, clean cupboards in the kitchen would be helpful. There were no smoking signs, but as a non-smoking family we could sense that there had been smoking inside the property, and outside there was a non-smoking sign and next to it ashtrays with cigarette residue in. Beds/bedding were fine though.
