The apartment is quite nice and has everything you need. AC, washing machine, tv, kitchen, kitchen equipment etc... Parking was easy to find around the house (free). The host is super nice and also made a dinner reservation for us.

it's a bit far from the city center (30 minutes walk) and the bus connections are poor. It's not the host's fault, but good to keep in mind.

Excellent stay in Palermo, we parked in front on the entrance door with no problems. I would recommend if you are traveling by car.

Perfetto! Magical place. Possibly the best option to stay in Palermo for a couple of days. Outside there is a noisy and dirty sicilian street, but getting inside you find yourself in an incredibly comfortable apartment with a new renovation and white walls. It's like a fairy tale. The ownet is incredibly kind and hospitable. She is always in touch via whatsapp. Easy self check in at anytime. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with complete set of dishes and appliances, including coffee machine and dishwasher. Free cold water and coffee included. Fast wi-fi. 100 meters from the apartment there is secure underground parking with excellent staff opened 24 hours. Price - 15 euros per night. Although it is possible to park you car right at the street just 1 meter from the door to the apartment. We stayed here for two nights and everytime there was free parking places on the street. Opposite the apartment there is incredibly tasty and inexpensive pizza. Looks like the best pizza in Sicily (or maybe in the whole Italy). I recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. It was wonderful stay!
