Clean, comfortable, hot water and great shower pressure, close to the bus station, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

A bit far from central Cusco

Nice place close to the bus terminal and few minutes to center by a bus. Nice and friendly staff, just not strict enough when it comes to dealing with noisy people during night hours. Noise was one of the negative things here. Rooms are not isolated well, so you can hear everything, and if people wake you up few times during the night, it’s pretty annoying. The other negative thing was the struggle to connect to the hotel wifi. It’s something that people mention repeatedly here. If you want a good wifi connection, you need to do it in the lobby, which is not very comfortable thing to do every day. Breakfast was nice if you’re not too picky, but it’s essential to inform them whether you need a vegan/vegetarian option.

There is no hot water in property, no wifi and no breakfest at all. Just dont stay at joram hostel. Cold room.

The hotel was great value for money, was clean and the staff were really helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location if you need to be close to the bus terminal. It's also just about within waking distance of the centre or a short taxi ride away.

Hotel was slightly dated but was great value for money.
