Why don't they specify that you have to share a room with 4 people, then you have to upgrade with more money for a room with no heater, fridge and a microwave

Too many beds in one room. Someone stole my charger head in the room. No hot water in the morning before 7 so I couldn't take a shower before going to work. My stay was very disappointing, I probably won't book there again.
