The Staff is very hospitable and friendly. The place is clean, livable, has security and close to where I needed to be. Good value for money.

Their prices are good

They don't care about their guests,they don't even clean on the rooms If you need something you must always follow them , until they get tired of you 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ they just don't care

I’ve been staying here for the past three months, including this one, and I’ve really come to appreciate Mrs. Esther. She is always welcoming, cheerful, and easy to talk to, with a great sense of humor. Most importantly, she is incredibly patient. On two occasions, she helped correct my mistakes with kindness and understanding. Once, I accidentally booked into a female dormitory, and she calmly assisted me in moving to the correct one. Another time, I called because I was worried about arriving very late, and she reassured me that it wouldn’t be an inconvenience. When I needed to extend my stay, she also made thoughtful follow-ups after realizing there might not be space available for the following day. I truly appreciate her support and kindness ❤️

There seem to be shortcomings with maintenance: to be more specific electrical pots some not working, plumbing in the toilets. It's becoming a bit cold you may consider installing heaters.
