"Disgusting stay with uncleaned room"

The hotel is located within walking distance from Bogor Station.

The room was not cleaned up at all with lots of fallen hair on the floor and the bed. Sigarret ash scattered on the mini tables were not wiped either. The worst part was that the bed linen (bed sheet and pillow cover) was not changed. Long hair from the previous guest was disgusting. It is obvious that the hotel is stringy on cleaning the linen to economize the budget at the expense of the guests' comfortable stay. The receptionist highly lack professionalism and hospitality. Disappointing quality with the untrained staff.
