Location was great and quiet.

Being older 51 stairs we at times difficult.

The location was excellent. Great facillities, very spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Bedding and towels were provided. Internet worked well. Perfect stay!

The apartment had several serious problems. It was very dirty, there were many broken items, and it did not match the photos or the description in any way.

Falta de limpeza. Casa mal arejada. Falta de manutenção ( vidro partido na porta da sala; não era possível usar o lava loiça da cozinha porque perde água; no WC a sanita também perde água; tivemos de lavar as roupas de cama para as poder usar; tivemos de desinfetar o WC para o poder usar; roupa de cama muito gasta; sem produtos de higiene pessoal; entrada, tanto do prédio como da porta principal muito suja). O apartamento tem as condições necessárias se houver higiene e manutenção.

The apartment is quite spacious and well appointed. It was very quiet. Communication with the management was excellent and immediate. Thank you for leaving instructions about extending the key. We liked having access to a washing machine. There is a clothesline on the immense balcony. We didn't use it due to the weather. All the windows have funky privacy shutters. There was lots of hot water for showers. All appliances were in good working order. The diningroom table is a nice size and there are lots of cushions for the solid chairs. There were a lot of extra blankets and pillows. The decor is very nice and the couch is very comfortable. The coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) is the best we had on the whole trip. Great design. We suggest that the kind of coffee maker is listed on the website so that one purchases the appropriate pods.

The heavy smell of smoke from fireplace (airtight) is overwhelming. The apartment was cold, damp and not very clean. The placemats must have been put away wet. They were moldy. I cleaned, dried and put them away. Some of the dishes were put away wet and dirty. It smells musty inside the bedroom cupboards. A few of the cushions smelled moldy. The whole place needs a good scrub. The toilet runs. The mat by the shower needs washing. The filter in the washer needs cleaning. Please note that there is no lift and the apartment is on the top floor. There are 4 flights of stairs. It's a workout especially with luggage. There are no instructions for the appliances, including the TV. The apartment is not in a very nice part of town. The main entrance to the building was unlocked the whole time we were there. Many businesses nearby have been closed for a while. We didn't want to be walking about at night. There is a marked lack of adequate heating. The breaker flips if you have 1 heater on and then start the kettle. Luckily, I had seen a comment on this and I had located the electrical panel beforehand. There was only 1 pod for the coffee machine when we arrived. 🙄 We left several behind for the next guests.

La ubicación era buena, y el dueño se mostró comprensivo para cambiar las fechas debido a las inundaciones que estaban ocurriendo en la zona durante la fecha prevista debido nuestro viaje.

Estaba sucio y no había calefacción (solo eléctricas enchufables individuales y con las ruedas rotas) pero como saltaba la luz por falta de potencia contratada no se podían poner a la vez y se pasaba frío. Había cosas rotas, como el cristal del salón y los calefactores eléctricos. Las toallas “limpias” estaban muy sucias y viejas. Daban asco. Lo mismo pasaba con las sartenes y ollas. No hay ascensor.
