Location good for us

All was ok

The property was wonderful, really clean and all equipment needed for a long weekend. It was brilliant to have the complimentary tea, coffee and sugar and the bathroom toiletries! 1 less thing to have to think about packing.

We loved our stay at Cosy Corner. The flat was well located for what we needed (visiting extended family locally) and the bed and sofa bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay (i.e tea, coffee, utensils etc) . There is also a Tesco express, small Sainsbury's and petrol station within walking distance, which was great, especially after a long car journey as it meant we didn't have to travel far to buy all the essentials we needed. It also meant we could fill up with petrol on our way home without worrying where the nearest station was on route. The town is really lovely, with some great shops within walking distance. We loved the local grocery shop. The wifi signal was also great with a very fast connection. The teenager didn't complain so that's a win!

The only downside for us was the location of the flat and accessibility. It is located on a very busy roundabout, so there is lots of traffic noise, which woke us early. It may be wise to bring some ear plugs with you if you are planning on staying here. Also unloading and loading the car is a bit tricky as there is no where to pull in for even a moment to drop bags off at the flat before finding somewhere to park. After a very long car journey down south, we found this difficult as it meant a few trips backwards and forwards to the car with our bags, which when tired is not ideal. However there is ample parking a few mins walk away at the local leisure center and you can pay for this on an app. It is also fairly cheap to park there too. Also we struggled to figure out how to work the smart TV. However our teenager eventually managed to work out how to get Amazon prime so he was happy. It would be great if there was a manual next to the TV to help with this. However don't let the car parking, traffic noise etc put you off as the cosy corner flat iis still a great comfortable place to stay and we would stay there again.

Nice facilities comfortable bed.

Numerous air fresheners all around. Very overwhelming. Cooking pans of a cheaper variety meant that cooked food often stuck.

Beautiful flat and perfect for what we needed

Internet was very slow and as no tv aerial was hard to even watch on the apps No fans and it was very hot.

Cosy Corner is very comfortable, had everything required, quality fittings and furnishings. If you shut the windows you could barely hear the traffic outside. Golden Leaf Chinese and Zafarelli Italian restaurant very good.

Please could there be some instructions to work the TV, it was way too complicated and we had watch YouTube news as the only channel that worked 🙁

Immaculately clean. Comfortable and airy with all that you would need.

With the windows open a little noisy with passing traffic at busy times of the day.
