Everything! The interior, the location& the overlooking view everyday. Such a beautiful place!

Nothing, everything is great! We would suggest however to put a little portable heater inside each room for during winter.

Awesome views, comfortable beds and in general a great space.

We arrived at 4pm after a long flight and had several issues. The first one was that there were no instruction on the advertised free WiFi. After an email I received an answer where the modem was and I can find the password on it. After that the owner did not answer anymore txt messages, phone calls or emails. She called back at 5.30am accusing me that I would not answer my phone. The advertised bath tub which was 50% the reason why we booked the place, was not there. No matches, no fire starters and only 3 little logs of wood were there. The fire place was dirty with tissue, full of ash and burned wood inside. No instructions where to find more firewood. No matches or lighter to light the stove in the kitchen and the oven had a secret switch on the cupboard near by to turn it on. It would have been nice to have some information on all of this or at least someone who can answer a phone call. Apparently the owner is in the UK for private reasons. We ask for a one night refund out if our week long stay to compensate for all the trouble. I'm still waiting on this today - several weeks later.

The Lookout was a cosy home away from home. Great location with just a short drive to the city centre. Facilities were clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Warm and comfortable during a cold week in Queenstown.
