Beach House

Very spacious yet cosy apartment. Everything we needed to feel like a home from home. Beautifully presented & very comfortable. Super comfortable double bed and great shower, it was a massive shower room!! 😊 Very quiet, even though you’re not far from the main road. Close to beaches, town and a small Co-op shop 5 minutes walk away for supplies.

Only slight downside was the parking. Had to park a couple of streets away which initially concerned us but we appreciate it’s just how the parking situation is in the area and nobody’s fault. It certainly wouldn’t stop us staying at The Beach House again in the future.

Location perfect and the house has everything you could need for a stay. Everything provided for cooking, Cleaning products for longer stay. The house was beautifully furnished. Maybe a bit too nice for small children.

Lovely house in great location near all shops. Easy parking facilities. Excellent instruction sheet for facilities. Kitchen dining area great. Very comfy bed. Shower very good.

Nothing to dislike. Slight problem with tight key turn on front door but WD40 will fix it I'm sure 😊

great location, huge apartment so lots of space, kitchen very well equipped, massive shower room and main bedroom was really nice with a very comfortable bed.

the spare bedroom mattress could do with replacing as you can feel the springs coming through. we managed but that was the only thing that would have made it 10/10!

the flat was beautifully clean and with everything we needed (including tea towells ,washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc which plenty of people skimp on) It was a really spacious flat with a lovely hot shower.

the single bed was ok but I could feel all the springs in it. maybe could do with a mattress topper.

THE PROPERTY WAS SPOTLESSLEY CLEAN. IT WAS VERY UPDATE AND LIGHT AND AIREY. IT WAS LARGE AND DEFINITELYU UPMARKET. BEDDS WERE COMFEY .

WE COULDNT GET THE TW WORKING HORROR ON HORROR MY HUBBY IS A TV ADDICT. IT ALL CAME THROUGH INTERNET. WE ARE ELDERLY COUPLE AND JUST WANTED BBC 1 2 3 AND 4 AND ITV. tHE OWNER SENT INSTRUCTIONS BUT IT DIDNT WORK FOR US. sHE DIDNT HAVE A TV HERSELF AT HOME SO WASNT THEHELP WEHOPED. BUT OF COURSE WE ARE NOT TECH SAVVYSO GUESS YOUNGER FOLKS WOULD HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM. THE BATH ROOM WAS VAST AND ALL WHITE BUT IT LACKED ANOATHER UNIT AND MIRROR TO APPLY MAKE UP ETC. I BROUGH A STOOL FROM THE KITCHEN TO HAVE MORE OPTIONS TO PUT STUFF ON. tHE GLASS TABLE IN THE LOUNGE WAS A BIT OF A HAZArd. it was beatiful but we bumpted into it so moved it a bit but not the sort of thing you want if youhave children running around. im not sure if it is an adult residence only anyway maybe it is. All in all it was a lovely residence but the most important thing missing was there was absolutely no instructions for any of the appliances apart from the toaster. As it happened we did not want to use any of the appliances apart from the microwave but we were only there for three nights and would not have like to be trying to work out how to use cooker washers etc. if we had needed them. All appliances are different and having something to refer to is important. So overall review felt a bit style over practicality but for savvy couples without dogs or children it would be lovely.

The large apartment was brilliant. Lovely pictures around the place, perfectly furnished. Bed was comfortable, lounge very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, even a working washing machine. Very large bathroom, great walk in shower. Plenty of space. Easy to get into Newcastle by bus. Great location for eateries etc.

The down side is parking....finding a parking space in the street wasn't easy.

Spacious and homely apartment with fantastic facilities in a great location. Comfortable beds. Close to the Metro station and a short walk from the beach front.
