Location perfect

Only after the payment was made and cancellation date was past.The company very aggressively demanded 200 euro deposit paid with bank transfer 3 days before check in or there would be no check in Only then did I see reviews saying I would not get my deposit back or at best they would retain some of the deposit because the towels were used.We checked out 19th October I took photos to prove no damage was caused.It is now 4th November and I still am no nearer getting my deposit returned.We had a lovely holiday but I will never use this company again.

Personal lovely young lady told me what I needed to know but she had to tell me about damage deposit which I didn’t know about and was upset because I didn’t have the euros, I am 68years old single traveller. I wouldn’t go damaging anything. The restaurant are a 2 minute walk with loads of selection of different foods. The Irish bar ‘jacks’ has amazing entertainment. Fat cats bar gives discounts for euros used not card.

Information about the damage deposit before I travelled and a small water in the fridge would have been nice to be greeted with on arrival.

Communication! Check in was 4 pm....but host was an hour late....(After traveling 30hrs with no sleep) Stated their was an emergency...but she could of communicated better on arrival. Host was more interested in Collecting $200 Euro Cash for security Deposit...(We travel alot and this is a first)...after 4 weeks...we are still requesting a Refund on that? Host...could of showed us the garage and parking and where the garbage goes...it was complicated and we did have to pay for parking one day...$13 euros. We did have to ask about parking ...garbage...etc...more effort to discuss unit would of been helpful We thought there was a shortage of dishes in the kitchen cabinet...2 days later we found more in a cabinet in the living room. As other tenants stated bed was hard...it was...A foam mattress topper is Great for that! I was surprised that there was no dishsoap...dish towel or Sponge...$3 Euros at the most is not unreasonable for host to provide....also we were there for over 1 week and given 1 roll of toilet Paper! Once again..we travel alot and this has been always provided! The cleaners did a Great Job...Cleaning! The view from Patio was Lovely! Location Perfect!

O apartamento é bastante simples, apenas com as comodidades essenciais, mas adorámos a localização e a limpeza do apartamento. O ar condicionado no quarto foi uma mais-valia. Estacionamento gratuito na garagem do prédio.

Tivemos algum tempo à espera para que chegasse alguém para nos entregar as chaves, todo o processo de check-in e check-out foi um pouco confuso. Há última da hora fomos surpreendidos com a informação que tínhamos que pagar uma caução de 100€ por pessoa, ficamos surpreendidos, pois essa informação não estava disponibilizada em lado nenhum no site de reservas - e a empresa demorou quase 1 mês a reembolsar-nos esse valor! Tivemos problemas com a TV (os canais não funcionavam), solicitamos várias vezes que alguém viesse resolver o problema, mas ninguém apareceu - não tivemos canais generalistas durante toda a nossa estadia. Outra coisa que não gostámos, foi o fato de o apartamento não possuir absolutamente nenhum e artigo de limpeza e higiene, tínhamos somente 1 saco do lixo no balde do lixo, portanto, para a estadia de 1 semana, fomos obrigados a comprar para além dos produtos de higiene, detergentes de limpeza e ainda sacos de lixo. Tivemos ainda problemas com o acesso à garagem do prédio, pois entregaram-nos um cartão de acesso que pertencia a outro apartamento/prédio - também aqui solicitamos que nos solucionassem essa situação, mas não houve solução até ao final da nossa estadia.

I liked the location good view of the harbour and 2 minutes away from shops and bars every body was friendly good to go to the Irish bar good for young and old

Would have liked a bottle water just for a cup tea

The location sold it to us, the view from the balcony was lovely, the apartment was a good size, it was safe and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The guy who met us was very pleasant, but when asked about tv he couldn’t answer.

The main thing was the beds, I dreaded going as the mattress was so hard it was not comfortable at all, the pillows were terrible also they need replacing , it was two single beds pushed together with a king size quilt on which it would of been better with two single quilts, there was no bedside tables so we had to put our things on the floor, not good! When we entered the apartment I was taken aback as the living room felt like a students digs with mis matched furniture and old pictures on the walls, there was a single bed with a one tucked underneath, it needs modernised and made homely, I didn’t feel comfortable at all, 2 of the lights didn’t work and the tv remote was iffy also, we couldn’t get any uk channels and we were led to believe it had Netflix, which it did if you signed up to it which was annoying. There was only 12 sun beds around the pool so in high season it will be a push to who gets out first. Small bathroom. We won’t be staying here again.
