We booked the cottage for it's location and access to various places we wanted to visit during our stay. The cottage being quite near the A22 was ideal, and the vicinity of a footpath, stream and fields to walk the dogs was a wonderful bonus. Graham answered our queries quickly before we set off and also messaged us towards the end of the stay to check everything had been ok, which was nice. We would also highly recommend the K2 Indian restaurant/takeaway just down the A22 towards Polegate

The fridge and freezer were great and the cooker was fine on the couple of occasions we used it. There wasn't a lot of space in the kitchen for putting other food we brought, or drawer space for clothes in the downstairs bedroom as these already had things in them. However, this did not detract too much from the visit
