Excellent location close to Ortigia Island. Very clean and well appointed room.

We felt misled about the 'breakfast included', as it was only once we've paid/confirmed that we were informed that breakfast was not actually properly included, but rather that a EUR5 voucher was provided for a nearby patisserie per person per day. The issue was not that it was at the patisserie round the corner - that is acceptable, but rather that it was only EUR5, which does not cover a reasonable breakfast. For example, we had one coffee and one pastry and had to pay extra. That is very poor. Furthermore, the choice of food was not healthy e.g. no cereal, no fruit, no eggs, no toast - just sweet or savoury pastries. Also, the WiFi did not work properly throughout our two-night stay. We informed the staff, who confirmed that it was faulty, but did not get fixed before we checked out of the property.

La posizione assolutamente strategica, a 2 passi dall'isola di Ortigia ma senza i problemi di parcheggio di quest'ultima. La stanza molto grande e ben ristrutturata e insonorizzata

solo alcuni piccoli dettagli di poco conto da sistemare che nulla tolgono alla bellezza della location e che sono certamente dovuti alla giovinezza della ristrutturazione

Super comfortable. Great location and very quiet room well equipped, modern and clean, I really liked the restoration, great shower and proper hairdryer - safe and private.

Nothing big just It would have been nice to have a bit of a view, an extra shelf in the bathroom and may be coffee in the room for the duration of the stay as well as a slightly higher allowance for breakfast.

We got a back suite, off the busy main road (via Malta). Exceptional design, great shower, very clean appartment and good bed/ pillows, fresh towels, many sockets around the flat. The flat has a very clever and strong aeration system that makes it very healthy and moisture free, which is very rare in Sicily. The location is exceptional, just next to the bridge to Ortigia and with plenty of car parks around, even though we were on Easter weekend. Communication with the host was good since all information was given in advance by messages. When we needed an extra key, we had it immediately delivered in the room. We would definitely come back.

-The room had one window overlooking a backyard with air conditioning units. Not nice to look but very quiet to sleep. Personally it didnt bother me. A rubbish bin, some tissues in the flat are needed as well as a hanger for the hands towel. Nothing major, just suggestions
